Before you sign up for any type of training it is recommended that you schedule a consultation with the trainer. During a consultation the trainer will assess your dog's behavior and speak with you about your goals for training. She will be able to recommend a program that suits your dogs' needs and will meet your goals.
Puppy Parties $25/party or $80 for all four
Puppy parties are held every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Each party lasts about an hour. Puppy parties are for puppies 8 to 16 weeks of age. These are a great way to socialize your new pup and to learn more about how to raise a well rounded dog. It is very important that puppies are socialized properly; a well socialized puppy becomes a safe and happy dog.
Puppies will be exposed to different people and dogs and situations. Everyone in the family is encouraged to attend. Each "party" has a theme, but owners are also encouraged to express their concerns or problems they are having with their pup. Our trainer will be more than happy to offer suggestions.
Puppy Problem Solving (First Thursday of the month)
We will cover how to crate train and house train your new pup. We also go over how to stop normal puppy behaviors that aren't acceptable for the family dog like, jumping up, mouthing and chewing on inappropriate objects.

Private Lessons $45 per lesson or $215 for six lessons
Each lesson is a 45 minute session with the trainer, the owner(s) and the dog. During a private lesson the trainer will teach the owner how to train their dog. The trainer will handle the dog on occasion, but the owner will be the primary handler. Owners can buy a block of six lessons at a discounted rate. These are for people who can not make it to group classes and/or dogs that have behavior issues that can not be addressed in a group class setting.
Two Week Board and Train $34 per day or $400 for 14 days
(plus boarding fees)
This is for dogs 6 months and up. Dogs stay at the kennel for 2 weeks. During their two week stay the trainer works with the dog on all the basic obedience commands and any behavior problems the dog may be having. There are two lessons after the dog's stay, the lessons are for the owner, the dog will already be trained.
------ The only behavior problem that can't be worked on in a kennel atmosphere is house training. You can not house train a dog in a kennel, you can get him/her on a feeding schedule, but that is a far cry from housetraining.
